At the end of the session, you also receive recommendations so you still come out with next steps. Perfect for: 1. Wanting to get a feel of how our programs work 2. Not yet able to commit to a program but need a guide 3. A former student looking for a refresher (ask me for the discount code!) **This is not intended to replace regular therapy sessions.
